Terms and Conditions Montreal

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit of 50% of the total stay is due to reserve the apartment(s).

• The 50% deposit is 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to the check-in day and time of check-in (4pm).

• The 2nd instalment of the total stay is due 2 weeks prior to check-in.

• The stay is non-refundable 2 weeks prior to the stay. However, if another guest books in your place we will refund your stay.

Included in your rental:

• Digital code access to the apartment(s) you rented from check in at 4pm on the start of the reservation until check out at 10am the morning of the end of the reservation.

• Kitchen equipment.

• Full linens for beds, 2 bath towels per room for showers. Face clothes and hand clothes.

• Unlimited toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, coffee grinds, tea.

• High Speed WiFi.

• Heating controls in winter, AC control in the summer in each room.

Additional Charges:

• Laundry

• Cost of Additional Hours: Your stay can start earlier or be extended based on availability. If you decide to arrive early or stay longer the cost is $100 per hour.

• Cleaning: Cleaning service is available at an additional fee.

• Ralia reserves the right to cancel this agreement in an emergency situation or due to circumstances beyond its control.
