General booking conditions
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Deposit of 50% of the value of the reservation required on booking. The balance is typically taken 14 days prior to arrival.
Minimum 4 night’s stay
Final cleaning fee is charged for every stay.
Deposit policy
A security deposit of $ 1000 is required 14 days before arrival.
The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days following the inspection of the property after the departure of the guest. In the event of non-reimbursement of the security deposit for damages, the client will be notified as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know 30 days before your arrival for a full refund.
A refund of 50% for cancellations made at least 14 days before the arrival date will be authorized. Please note that there is no refund for cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival. Some restrictions may apply depending on the time of year.
Modification policy
No modification allowed within the cancellation policy. Any other modification may result in additional charges. In case of early departure, the amount of the full stay will be charged. There will be no refund.
No shows policy
No-shows are regarded as cancellations. The reservation will be cancelled without reimbursement.
House rules
1) No parties or events allowed: If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning or/and damages, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning and damages charges. GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.
2) Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. If guests are suspected, the authorities will be called, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.
3) No damaging shoes within the house. Treat it like your own home.
4) No unregistered guests are allowed on the property unless authorized.
5) We greatly appreciate your cooperation in closing all windows & doors and please make sure all lights are turned off when you leave the property.
6) No smoking: Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
7) Noise curfew: Quiet time is from 11pm-6am.
8) Pets are not allowed on this property.
9) Any damage made to property or furnishings wich exceeds the security deposit amount will be billed to the guest.
10) The minimum age requirement to rent the property is 25.
11) ID should be provided at booking and confirmed at check in for all guests.
